AARISHI RABADIA
CREATIVE BIO:
Aarshi Rabadia is an emerging interior designer whose work celebrates the dialogue between tradition and modernity. Drawing on her Indian heritage, she integrates shapes and forms from classical design into contemporary spaces, creating interiors where the old and the new coexist in striking harmony. Aarshi’s design philosophy is rooted in human-centered thinking, with a focus on crafting immersive environments that enhance wellbeing and encourage connection. Her projects span residential, commercial and experiential design, each defined by a thoughtful balance of smooth and rough textures, curvilinear and geometric forms, and innovative material combinations. She sees design as a practice of juxtaposition where contrasts generate meaning and beauty. With a vision for sustainable, future-focused interiors, Aarshi is dedicated to shaping spaces that are both purposeful and inspiring, blending creativity with cultural depth to redefine how people experience the built environment.

DESIGN STATEMENT:
Elysian Folds is an immersive dining concept that reimagines the boundaries between architecture, atmosphere, and human experience. Conceived as an escape from the ordinary, the project explores the tension and harmony between transparency and privacy, movement and stillness. Guests are guided through a sequence of layered spatial narratives where curved forms and flowing lines create a sense of fluidity, while contrasting materials establish moments of depth, tactility and intrigue. Light plays a pivotal role, with soft, diffused glows that heighten intimacy and encourage reflection, balanced by dramatic highlights that animate the space with energy and rhythm. Each dining zone whether communal or secluded is designed to evoke a distinct emotional response, fostering both connection and introspection. More than a restaurant, Elysian Folds is a multisensory journey: a space where design amplifies the poetry of everyday rituals, transforming dining into an act of discovery, wonder and meaning.
