STUDENT BIO:
GEETA THAPA, born in small town Nepal, currently living in Sydney, Australia. I have completed my studies on pattern making, cutting, sewing, digital designing and merchandising at Tafe Ultimo (2018-2019) before moving to study undergraduate design at Whitehouse institute of design. I am very passionate about art and design more likely towards fashion which couldn’t stop me any longer so i joined design institute after 12 years of academic gap. I’m in love with colours, patterns, silhouette and crave for new innovative ideas. On completion I’m planning to pursue my career on fashion industries, where one day I’m seeing myself as meegin.geeta a global brand.

Meegin.geeta is a high lux fashion label creating feminism designs, romantic, elegance, thoughtful, fascinating and timeless pieces. It is more focused on quality product with handwork details and lightweight & transparency fabric selection that elevates the designs.
