DESIGN STATEMENT:
Ecosoma explores how the human body mimics nature through fashion, using silhouettes and fabrics to reflect our ecosystem’s beauty, strength, and fluidity. Flowing garments emulate the delicate movement of nature whilst structured, vertical garment forms mirror the towering strength of trees. The human silhouette then becomes an extension, harmonising organic beauty with forms of line. The colour palette has been developed from the green hues found in nature and deep browns, ultimately tying in with exaggerated forms to create a dynamic visual story.
