DESIGN STATEMENT:
My inspiration behind the design of this collection derives from the concept of a Dystopian world which by definition is an imagined world or society that is dehumanising and suffering. In order to create the emotion for the collection I’ve used the ideas of colours to psychologically impact the viewers by only using red for the entire collection as it has been proven to be the most emotive colour and one that can affect the viewers subconscious behaviour. The silhouette of the hero body embodies an atomic bomb to further conceptually support the Dystopian concept.
