DESIGN STATEMENT:
The restaurant is a multi-sensory journey inspired by the culture and symbols of the three regions of Vietnam, where the past and the future meet in the same space. The winding lines evoke the Mekong River and the Western lotus lagoon, blending with the golden colour and Hue court patterns, while the faint smoke brings the breath of the Northwest mountains. During the day, the material reflects light to create a splendour, blooming like a festival of the heritage. When night falls, the space changes - the light of oil lamps, smoke and low sounds lead guests into the ancestral world, where memories and roots are awakened In the boundary between tradition and contemporary, the restaurant becomes the gateway to rebirth of the Vietnamese spirit in the new future.
