Beneath the Surface draws inspiration from the ocean’s fluidity and quiet mystery, looking beyond appearances to uncover what truly lies underneath... authenticity, depth and a refined sense of strength. Texture and bold colour take centre stage, with oceanic motifs and current palettes expressed through striking eye looks, editorial styling and seafood inspired fusions in artfully composed dishes.
