Her designs translate conceptual themes into refi ned, form-driven interiors that subtly draw people into the narratives behind each space. Inspired by textures, colours, and forms from nature, she explores the dynamic balance between materiality, sustainability, light, and spatial design, cultivating an intuitive sense of harmony.

Design Statement
Overlooking expansive Sydney Harbour views from the Museum of Contemporary Art, Submerged elevates fi ne dining into an immersive narrative that blends culinary artistry with the surrounding marine environment. Influenced by local chef Josh Niland’s innovative and sustainable approach to seafood, the dining experience unfolds as a curated journey between place and plate. A central open-concept kitchen weaves the culinary process into the dining experience, engaging guests with the precision and creativity behind each dish. Natural forms, colours, and textures drawn from Sydney’s vibrant aquatic biodiversity, from rock oysters to golden kelp seaweed, connect the restaurant and its guests seamlessly to the rhythms of the harbour.
