Siena Pidd is a passionate designer with a fluid, light, feminine aesthetic that celebrates the elegance of her designs. Siena particularly enjoys working with sustainable materials within her designs as Siena believes they enhance the beauty of her creations and aesthetic. The wide use of sheer materials is a prominent staple in Siena’s design aesthetic. Feeling inspired by the juxtaposition between natural flora and architecture to create sophisticated garments with an effortless, dynamic spirit.
DESIGN STATEMENT:
Dream Scape by Siena Pidd is a collection that embodies a fluid, feminine essence, where each piece is a journey into an ethereal reality. The Collection explores the interplay of sheer fabrics, allowing light to dance through layers, creating an illusion of depth and movement. Through textural fabric manipulation and crisp screen printing ‘dreamscape’ transforms fabrications into narratives that evoke personal emotion and interest. Each design from the 4 looks invites the wearer to step into an unknown realm where softness meets structure and light colors blend seamlessly with delicate curves. This enchanting fusion not only highlights the beauty of femininity but also encourages a sense of imagination and exploration in every wear, inviting the wearer to enter a new realm of possibilities. The collection consists of four looks ranging from menswear suiting and womenswear gowns. Each look consists of a type of cut out, creating dimension and interest in each look. ‘Dream scape’ will be sold in high end department stores such as Harrods, Self- ridges and Galleries La Fayette. The collection can also be found in brick and mortar stores by the designer themselves. These pieces are ideal for special events during the spring summer period, including race days, garden parties, gallery openings and more!
